LM Singh

LM brings more than 25 years of diversified investment and advisory experience serving social enterprises and high growth small to mid-market organizations covering private equity investing, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, post-merger integration, divestments, strategic advisory, audit and control. He has worked with PwC, Ernst & Young, TAIB Bank in India, UAE, Bahrain, London, New York and has held senior management and Board positions on public and private companies in India and internationally.

LM is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Internal Auditors (AIIA) (USA) and Information Systems Audit & Control Association (CISA) (USA). He is a graduate, B.Com (Honors), from Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) University of Delhi, India.

Shailesh Kumar

Shailesh Kumar has more than 14 years of experience in impact investing and social enterprises.He previously led impact investments at DFID India, managing its first investment - the Samridhi Fund, where he was involved in sourcing, due-diligence, negotiation, structuring and participation in the Investment Committee. Shailesh was involved in the execution of over 18 impact investment deals, while working at DFID, BASIX Social Enterprise Group and Intellecap. He has studied management from Indian Institute for Forest Management and MPA (Finance) from Cornell University, USA as a Fulbright Fellow in Leadership Development.

Ajay K. Singh

Dr. Ajay K Singh has worked at MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child, and has provided leadership and technical oversight in Evidence-based programming, Program Monitoring & Evaluation, Operations Research, lead in conceptualizing, planning, implementation, analysis and quality assurance of research and program evaluations. He has more than 12 years of research, monitoring and evaluation experience on issues of reproductive health and rights; the prevention of HIV, engaging men, health promotion and reducing gender-based violence with leading international organizations. He has a Ph. D. in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai.

Mohak Mathur

Mohak has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, and Strategic Advisory. He was previously associated with the Indian Angel Network as the Portfolio Manager, handling post-investment activities and investment monitoring for a portfolio of 115 companies, in addition to actively handling investor reporting and engagement with the network of 425 angel investors. Mohak has gained valuable experience with multiple boutique firms - Coinmen Consultants, Yog Capital, on diverse investment advisory assignments including PE/VC Fund raising, Project Finance, and Debt Syndication. Mohak has completed his MBA in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com. Honors) from Delhi University.

Pradyumna Murhar

Pradyumna has 4 years of experience combining entrepreneurship, investment research and deal origination for venture capital, private equity and corporate development. He has previously worked with Tracxn, leading the agriculture and allied industries practice. At Traxcn, he supported marquee venture capital and Fortune 500 corporate development teams with sector research, technology and market intelligence for their early and growth stage investing, mergers and acquisitions requirements. Prior to Tracxn, he founded a startup in the online travel space and worked on developing a personalized mobile-based travel metasearch product. Pradyumna has completed his Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Masters in Physics from BITS, Pilani.

Kaniz Fatima Muneeza

Kaniz is a development professional with over 17 years of experience in working on multiple development themes and programs. She has obtained a Masters in Community Resource Management and Extension from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. She has worked on reproductive health and family planning; Early Childhood Development; IYCF, Youth Development and MNCHN, and has effectively managed large scale programs in multiple geographies across varied contexts in India. She also has managed development communication specific programs specifically on Social Behaviour Change Communication.
